FlightstoPortugal.ca expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, incorrect supplier information and miscalculations on our website.

Bookings
Full payment is required at time of booking, no refunds will be given.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. When giving us your credit card number for payment, your verbal authorization approves the transaction. Also, the use of our online authorization form is considered your approval.

Changes / Cancellations
No changes or cancellations are allowed.

Refunds
No refunds will be given for services not used including car rental, accommodations and/or airline tickets.

Not Included
Departure taxes are not included. Comprehensive Insurance is highly recommended and it has to be purchased at the time of booking.

Travel Documents
Valid Portuguese or Canadian Passport is required to travel to Portugal. Other nationalities, please inquire for passport or visa requirements.
