Limitation of Liability
FlightstoPortugal.ca (A Division of TURISMO Travel Agency Ltd) does not assume responsibility or is liable for any damages or viruses caused by use of our website or links. FlightstoPortugal.ca expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, incorrect supplier information and miscalculations on our website. A full list is available upon request.

Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per person is required at time of booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure. If bookings are done within 45 days, full playment is due at time of booking. In the event of non payment within these times, the booking may be cancelled and no refunds will be given.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. When giving us your credit card number for payment, your verbal authorization approves the transaction.

Cancellations / Changes
If you cancel your trip up to 45 days prior to departure your deposit of $200.00 per person is non-refundable. Cancellations within 45 days prior to departure are 100% non-refundable. Changes are subject to fees.

Refunds
No refunds will be given for services not used including car rental, accommodations and/or airline tickets.

Not Included
Departure taxes are not included. Comprehensive Insurance is highly recommended and it has to be purchased at the time of booking.

Travel Documents
Valid Portuguese or Canadian Passport is required to travel to Portugal. Other nationalities, please inquire for passport or visa requirements.
