FlightstoPortugal.ca is a division of TURISMO Travel Agency Ltd.

The company was founded on September 1985 by Jose M. Ferreira and Jose Mota, both born in Portugal. Our Senior Accountant Jose L. Fernandez and our Legal Counselor Christopher Zapf have also been part of our team since 1985. In November 2006, our new accountant Victor Cortico has joined our team.

Over the years we have made travel arrangements for more than 100,000 satisfied passengers, which has made us the leader in flights to Portugal in Canada. Selling Portugal has been and will continue to be our specialty. Recently more Canadians are discovering Portugal.

We are always innovating and updating our reservation systems to Portugal using the most advanced technology available. We are also integrated with the major tour operators, car rental companies, and Hotels.ca in order to provide the best service and prices to our customers going to Portugal.

Isabel Ferreira has been with the company since February 2001. She was born in Portugal and has an in depth knowledge of the destination including its famous spots, culture, lifestyle, and gastronomy. She has prepared many packages and single trips and prides on providing excellent customer service and giving advice about possible itineraries. Her greatest compliment is when she is referred. Her clients always appreciate her dedication, promptness and service. Isabel is also available for a personal appointment to discuss and customize your dream vacation.

Vanda Jesus has been with the company since May 2006. She was born in Portugal and has been in the travel industry for over 8 years. Vanda is very friendly, has a strong personality and dealing with her is always a pleasure. Her customer service skills are highly graded. Vanda is very dedicated and the satisfaction of the client is her main goal. She always has a smile on her face.

In May 2009, Maria R. Dias has joined our team. Born in Portugal, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in the travel industry specializing in travel to Portugal.

Corey Ferreira is the webmaster and graphic designer for the website. Any questions or problems related to the site should be directed to his email.
Corey and Nancy Mota are also responsible for the new online booking system.
